I brought my son here for a loose tooth concerned because we thought it was an adult teeth. Being a new patient I was told a complete exam was needed. I sent over x-rays from our old dentist but was told they needed more recent x-rays as it was 2 years old. I verified with them if it was covered by my insurance and when they said yes I proceeded. Even the day before the appointment being the paranoid person that I am, I once again confirmed and again they told me nothing to worry about it was all going to be covered. Day of appointment, complete exam done, dentist informed me the tooth loose was a baby tooth, nothing to worry about, great news. Up until I got to the counter they told me the complete exam was not covered and I had to pay out of pocket! Clearly frustrated I reminded the lady at the front desk about our conversation over the phone but no one chose to accept the mistake. In fact one lady even told me that they had no time to call everyones' insurance because that would take up too much of their time. No time to argue I ended up paying the bill and left. For someone whose job is sitting in front of the computer and phone all day clearly they do not know what their job is.When you tell me that I am covered by my insurance I expect to be covered! Going to the dentist is bad enough but your front desk definitely gave me another reason not to at least not to this one!!!

I had my first cleaning at Quarry Park Dental and it was an absolutely sensational experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The hygienist who did my cleaning was thorough, gentle, and explained everything along the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I have been a patient with Quarry Park Dental for 12 years now and have found ALL the staff, hygienist and dentists of the highest quality. They are not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly as well. There is also free parking and have easy access from Deerfoot and Glenmore.

Great location. Free parking. staff are always helpful in booking and rescheduling for my busy schedule. And amazing at handling insurance issues! Dentists and hygienists I have liked them all. Fully recommend
